USNS Cesar Chavez coming alongside for replenishment and stores, at Fleet Base West, Western Australia. *** Local Caption *** The US supply vessel USNS Cesar Chavez has arrived at Fleet Base West for a short period before redeploying to support the search effort. In a statement by the US Navy, the deployment in support of the surface search effort was a sign the United States was “proud to be a member of this international effort and we're committed to providing the underway replenishment operations needed to keep the task force actively searching for MH370".
