NORFOLK (June 27, 2011) A Russian sailor assigned to the Russian navy destroyer RFS Admiral Chabanenko (DD 650) plots a course as the Admiral Chabanenko prepares to depart Naval Station Norfolk as a part of the at-sea phase of FRUKUS 2011.
